This is another Brightwood home. It was recently damaged pretty badly in a fire... the house, not Brightwood. Although, if the fire bug has a family history, the neighborhood's name is pretty accurate. I doubt anybody would've moved into a town called, "Smoldering Embers." Truthfully, I have no idea whether the fire was from a local nut, or if somebody just wanted their steak really well-done. I know they've been taking out a lot of garbage from there, so it's possible the owner hasn't given up on it. Probably too soon to tell.
